This page showcases some of our previous work and abilities. All our work is done neat, clean, plumb, level, square, to code and by the books.
1088 Cast Iron Boiler Installation
1088 Cast Iron Boiler installation. Demoed old boiler and set new one. Piped up according to manual with Hartford loop. Engineered and ran header, Hartford loop, drain line, feed line and burner lines. Hydro tested. Also installed insulated jacket.
3 Soft Water Tanks Installation
Set and filled all 3 tanks. Tied into existing feed water line and outgoing line. Tied into tanks in the order 1, 2, 3 and out of the returns 3, 2, 1 to equalize the usage of each tank. Also ran overflow drain lines.
Built Hand Sanitizer Stands

Designed, built, and painted over 100 stands designed to hold self dispensing hand sanitizer units. We can still make and deliver these stands today for any company.
Installed Recirculating Loops
Installed two 6" recirculating loops (Black pipe) on two boilers in a hospital basement. Included spools so they could be moved and make room to open the boiler.
Section and Header Change
Disassembled boiler in house basement to analyze leak. Changed two sections and re-ran the header and tie ins to make a more efficient system and a correct Hartford Loop.
Pumps Installated and System Piped
New building. Poured concrete pad and set two pumps. Engineered and ran all piping seen in the pictures - valves, welded lines, threaded lines complete with hangers and Unistrut supports.
Heat Exchanger and Trap Piping
Set heat exchanger and piped it into system. Work includes a large amount of measuring, leveling and building on tri-pods (pre-fab) before take it up on ladders and tying the piping into the system (right two pictures). Pipe is all supported with hangers, Unistrut and anchors.
Boiler and Tank Installation (3 Parts)
Demolition
Torched out pipe, hauled off old sections, broke up and hauled off old concrete pad.
Building
Poured new concrete pad, assembled burner, pulled together sections, assembled casing, engineered and piped the header, water feed line, Hartford loop and McDonnell Miller piping. Also Installed new tank, piped it up and tied it into the boiler.
Finished
Finished Boiler. Tied into system, tied breaching in, ran old gas line into burner and finished the casing.
Burner Ring Remodel and Recirculating Loop Installed
Modified and built a nearly 4' wide burner ring to be installed with the burner onto the boiler (we only made the ring, did not install), and routed and installed a new recirculation loop on the boiler completed with 3 supports.
Note that a significant amount of our work is done at plants and facilities that do not allow pictures to be taken. The works shown above do not represent all or even half of the work we have done nor do they represent all of the things we are capable of doing.
